Pricing

Hobby is $0, one instance each. Then $299/mo, flat.

Hobby is $0, one instance each, then $299/mo with unlimited users and unlimited SSO connections, and $999/mo when you want staging alongside production. Both paid rungs start with a 30-day trial. The bill does not move when you win a customer. Effective 2026-08-07. On your own metal, the same engine ships under a licence. Why we price it this way is a dated note you can read.

The numbersOn your metalWhat never appearsCompared

Signing up creates your account and provisions your instance automatically, in minutes, with nobody waiting on us. You get its URL and its own compatibility receipt when it is live.

Three numbers. None of them move.

This is the whole price list. Users, sessions, and enterprise SSO connections are included. The bill does not change when you win a customer. Team and Business both start with a 30-day trial; checkout asks for a card and does not charge it until the trial ends. Hosted is billed monthly. A Scale licence, to run Signet on your own hardware, is billed yearly. There is no annual hosted plan and no monthly/yearly toggle: one number per line.

The next deal adds revenue, not a line item.

Flat means flat. There is no per-user tier, no overage line, and no usage meter: your bill does not move when you win a customer. On your own metal, a licence: Scale at $15,000/yr on standard terms, or an enterprise licence quoted per deployment.

Support on any paid plan is support@signetauth.com. You get a reference number back and the request goes on a queue, not into one person’s inbox.

Running a security review? The vendor pack is at /buy: legal entity, subprocessors, the not-claimed ledger, and the exit. Leaving is a pg_dump.

On your own metal.

Hosted is the only one with a price on a table. Three others are quoted per deal: a Scale licence to run Signet on your own hardware, fixed-price implementation from a migration sprint to an advisory retainer, and testing your agent setup against the identity provider your customer runs.

Enterprise licence
quoted per deployment
The same certified build on your own hardware, watermarked to you and licence-enforced offline, sold as an annual licence per production deployment. Never a free download, and never metered. Two rungs: Scale at $15,000/yr on standard click-through terms when you just need the engine on your metal, and a quoted Enterprise licence when the deal needs air-gap delivery, source escrow, or named support with an SLA. What the licence covers →
Implementation
from $15,000
Named, fixed-price engagements: a $15,000 migration sprint, a $45,000 enterprise landing, or a $4,000/mo advisory retainer. Fixed scope, fixed price, no day rates. What each engagement covers →

Four lines that never appear on your invoice.

These four cannot appear. There is nothing in the engine that could produce them.

per userNothing counts active users. Sign-out hard-deletes the session row, so there is no history to meter after the fact and no telemetry that would report one.$0
per SSO connectionEnterprise SSO connections are unlimited at every paid tier. Adding your prospect’s identity provider is a configuration change, not a purchase order. Why: SSO is not a line item.$0
overageThere is no cap to exceed. A flat tier has no usage band, so there is no threshold that turns a good month into a bigger bill.$0
true-upThe licence does not count seats and nothing phones home, so renewal is the same number you signed; there is no meter reading to reconcile.$0
The price. $299/mo is the hosted service, set on 2026-08-07 as the standing price, not a launch rate. Taking the engine on-prem is an enterprise licence, quoted per deployment. Users, sessions and secrets sit in a PostgreSQL database dedicated to you from the first sign-in. On your own hardware that export is yours to run; on the hosted service we hand you the dump when you ask.
